Moscow Mule

(Serves 12)

    • 24 oz vodka
    • 6 oz fresh lime juice (about 4-6 limes)
    • 6 oz simple syrup
    • 32 oz ginger beer, chilled

Combine the vodka, simple syrup, and lime juice in a large pitcher. Cover and chill from anywhere between two hours to overnight. Add the ginger beer just before serving. Pour drink over ice.

    Spicy Paloma

    (Serves 8)

      • 8oz water
      • 8tbsp agave nectar (can substitute with honey)
      • 1 fresh jalapeno, sliced, can use extra for garnish
      • 8oz tequila
      • 12oz fresh grapefruit juice (use ruby red grapefruits)
      • 2 limes
      • 4oz Club soda or grapefruit-flavored soda

Over medium low heat, mix together water, agave, and jalapeno in a small saucepan. Once the agave is dissolved, take mixture off the heat and let steep for 10 minutes. Remove the jalapenos. Set aside. In a large pitcher, mix together the tequila, spicy simple syrup, grapefruit juice, juice of the lime, and grapefruit or club soda. Mix well and garnish with jalapeno.

      Black Rose

      (Serves 12-15)

Combine the blackberries and simple syrup in a large pitcher and muddle until the fruit is crushed and juicy, but not completely pulverized. Add the wine, vodka, lime juice and stir to combine. Place a fine mesh strainer over pitcher and strain into serving pitcher/bowl so that solids are discarded.
